Found this little off the shoulder number at Forever 21 and loved it so much I had to purchase it in both colors. It’s perfect for the hot South Florida weather. The fact I can throw it on with sneakers or sandals to run around town or rock it with a heel for GNO makes it a wardrobe essential! See below some shoe options I paired it with. Enjoy!
