The Trench Coat, it’s the ultimate season staple. As I mentioned in my last blog, Wardrobe Essentials 101, the trench coat is the perfect light weight layering piece and a go-to for me when the weather is transitioning. Whether you style it with your chunky knit and boots or over that slinky dress for a cool Spring night, this topper is the solution.
New Spin on the Classic Trench
One thing for sure is the classic double breasted silhouette will never go out of style. Over the last few seasons designers have been pushing the envelope with the classic design adding leather details, balloon sleeves, checkered panels and even Burberry added shearling trim down the runway as a 70’s take on their capsule classic.
In my latest How I Style IGTV video I’m showing you 5 different ways I style my H&M Puff-sleeved trench coat. Just wanted to send over some inpso for you all for when we are out of quarantine. You can shop all the looks below and I added some fit guidance to assist with sizing.
Hope ya’ll have been enjoying these styling videos and blogs as much as I have been enjoying creating them for you. Now lets hope I can keep it up once I get back to closets.
Cant wait to see you all in your trench looks. I love getting your intsa pics of your outfits, you guys killed it with the biker short look.
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog!
Stay Sauci and Safe,
Caitlin
